You would like to self-archive a copy of your recent article in the SelectedWorks at USF, or some other digital repository (ResearchGate, LinkedIn, etc.) but you are not sure if you are violating copyright or not. The SHERPA/RoMEO site offers information about publishers and their policies so you can be more confident when you self-archive. You can search the site by journal title, ISSNs, or publisher names. For example, if you search for Educational Researcher, you find that you can archive pre-print and post print copies of your manuscripts but you cannot archive the publisher’s version/PDF of your article.
